TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Haus of Hillheir does not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy.

You must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date, to be eligible for an exchange.

If Your item does not fit as desired, please email us at contact@hausofhillheir.com specifying the following:

  • The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & order #.

  • The name of the Item (promoted on the website)

  • The size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the issue 

  • The item you would like to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange it for items of the same value or above)

NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Apothercary 

  • ALL Accessories 

  • Games

  • Intimates and delicate fabrications.


Please note that Haus of Hillheir does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Haus of Hillheir does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

The return must get to us within 7 days (US) & 14 days (Rest of the world ) from the date you have contacted us about your return.

We will only accept items that have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. Haus of Hillheir will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to. Haus of Hillheir reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.

If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of your original purchase.
